Seriously, is writing goals such a Difficult task?

My question to you, "Is writing goals a difficult task?" I have met people who think that it is unimportant to have goals and writing them down. They'd rather sit and watch TV than putting aside the time to write down what they want to have, do and become. They don't believe in goal setting.

Actually stating your goals on paper is easy. But people are afraid that they won't be able to achieve the things that they have written down so they'd rather not do it. They know that it takes lots of work to stay focused, to impose the disciplines and to do the things to actualize their desires. So to avoid the discomfort, they ignore the disciplines that can improve their lives.

Some people however, even after stating down what they wish to accomplish on paper, get easily distracted. They fail to reach what they were after and conclude that writing goals is a waste of effort.

Writing goals with deadlines is a highly recommended. It works better because it will push you to reach them. You will be inclined to plan your strategies, mindstorm ideas and take actions.

It's easy to do and yet many fail to do it. Check it out yourself and ask around and you will find that the majority of the people out there don't think it's important or worth the time. They don't want things bad enough and don't believe in themselves.

If you wish to attain a different level of achievement, you have to be serious. Can you imagine what you would achieve in 365 days by planning your life on paper? With definite written statements, you imprint them in your mind and as long as you remain focused, you will make progress. Each choice, action, and decision cumulated over time will bring you to incredible height.

With each new day, you are given another opportunity to challenge yourself, to learn, to gather life experiences and to work towards your dreams.

In order to stay focused for the next 365 days, concentrate and take one day at a time. Keep reminding yourself of the person you want to become. Think only of what you are trying to accomplish. Dare yourself to take some risks and to expect the best.

It takes lots of hard work, discipline and positive thinking but success is in your hands if you religiously practice specific simple habits daily. In 21 days you would have made them a repetitive act and overcome your inertia.

Let each day be the best day of your life by giving life your best. Today is the right time to start writing your heart's desire.
