What a waste your life would be if you fail to go further than your present uninspiring existence. You can do, become and experience more if you dare take more chances, are unafraid to get out of your comfort zone and keep challenging your perceived limitations.

Most of the problems people face day to day has to do with money or the lack of it. And they have mounting credit card debts, face relationship problems and slow career advancement. But what are they doing to improve the situations?


There is a time to work and to enjoy leisurely pursuits. But people spend too much time watching television, sleeping and doing other unproductive things and waste away their chances of making life improvement. If only they use these idle hours to think, study and put on some extra work to change for the better, they will upgrade their standard of living.

Make better use of your mind

Most people don't put a second thought on the function and power of the mind. Realize that everything you experience starts in the mind and that you have full control over it. You can fully utilize this power to greatly enhance your circumstances.


There is more than one solution to every problem as long as you make use of your mind to break away from your limited thinking. One of the best ways to use your mind power is to use your creative visualization to imaging a better life ahead and to change your self image and bad habits.


Take advantage of your experiences and that of others

Experiences are tools for improvement. They let you know what you should avoid or repeat. You should be wiser by now to differentiate what works and what doesn't. It's not a wise move to repeat doing something that you know will not make your life better.


Think health

A healthy body is your most important asset and possession. A sound health gives you the freedom to use your physique, emotions and mind to their best use. When your health is good, you can think of bigger issues in life. Take care of your health by eating well, exercising and avoiding toxic material. Allow time to relax your mind and body to remove the daily stress or it will accumulate and cause health problems.


Appreciate the pains, savor the pleasures

Use your pain and sufferings as a motivation and a resolve to drive and push you. The more you overcome your pain, the sweeter you will feel about our success. Savor the pleasures and keep them in your memory bank for future use.


Move on

If people disappoint or disastrous events happen, move on. There's no guarantee or promise of a smooth journey. If you must grief, make it short and brief. Don't brood over your loss for too long.


Life must go on even after everything is gone. Forgive, learn from them, set new purpose and move forward. You don't need anyone's approval to get going. You just need to have your visions clear.


Look forward to each new day

Celebrate each new day. It doesn't matter how many times you've stumbled. Setbacks do not have to destroy. You can leave all of them behind when the night falls. When the dawn breaks, you can start anew and create your own miracles.


Live well

Avoid taking life for granted. Allocate time for fun and play. Watch, listen and feel life. Every person you meet and every experience count. Each moment is important because it doesn't return once it's gone.


Use your personal power

One of the powers that you should exercise fully is making decisions. The more decisions you make, the more things you'll be willing to try. You'll put yourself to continuous tests and that will provide more chances for personal growth and success.


There is no need to change others

Don't bother to gain control or change others. That's wasted effort. Focus on having control over your own thoughts and attitudes. If you want to change the world, start with yourself. You can exert your influence on others by becoming and exemplar and a role model; someone other people want to emulate.
