Feeling Sick and TiredThere are times in your life when you feel so sick and tired of what's going on around you. This feeling normally arises when you find yourself stuck with bills, not being able to see any improvement in your life and your day to day existence is monotonous. Thinking positive is important but insufficient to overcome that fed up and jaded feeling. You must find out what it is that is making you feel weary. You have to look for ways to overcome yourself from building up the inertia and feeling stuck. You may need to put yourself in a resourceful state to get out of it. Perhaps you should ask yourself what it is exactly that you are focusing on. Dwelling on what makes you feel jaded will further make you hesitate to take the next course of action to get out of the rut. "It's possible to forget how alive we really are. We can become dry and tired, just existing, instead of really living. We need to remind ourselves of the juice of life, and make that a habit.
