You become what you think about

According to a study, most people think about 60,000 thoughts per day and over 95% of these are the same ones they had yesterday.

One of your mental activities is the production of thoughts in the forms of images, ideas, plans, or opinions.

Out of the habitual thinking, you have similar corresponding representations when you encounter a problem or sense something in your external world.

And when there is nothing challenging happening, you will allow your thoughts to run randomly and scattered.

Your subconscious pattern of reasoning is the main cause of your experiences in life.

The images and ideas that you have repeated and emotionalized and stored in your subconscious mind send out vibrations and energy. They attract to you the people and circumstances to make that thought a reality.

Your attitudes come from the programming and conditioning by the thoughts that you recall each and every day or the programs influenced by others.

Your behaviors and personality results from repeating them over and over. Whatever you represent in your mind, you signal to your bodies. You then develop a feeling about the thought.

You can change your outer behaviors and negative attitudes by changing your habitual patterns of thoughts.

Every emotion that you feel was preceded by a thought and to change the feeling you must work on your thoughts.

You experience verbal thoughts in the form of self-talks. Your visual thoughts are the images and pictures that you see in your mind's eyes.

Becoming aware of them and changing the pictures and the language you use will allow a change in your experiences.

If you allow your negative images and self-talks to sink into your consciousness, you will expose yourself to negative beliefs.

Once you believe your ideas and opinions about yourself your mind take it as true. You need to reprogram your subconscious so that you will develop empowering beliefs, productive behaviors and attitudes.

You endlessly receive information from the outside world and they are represented in your mind.

You have to consciously put different meanings to your mental representations and repeat the new ideas to enable the mind to understand and accept the new ideas.

You have absolute control over your thoughts, ideas, images and responses.

When you refuse to entertain a thought by applying a different idea or picture, the original opinion and the feeling attached to it will change.

Your thinking affects your performance and your performance affects your future.

You have to examine your life and seriously ponder on what is important to you.

The quality of your life will improve when you decide to develop the skill to manage your mind thoughts.

All forms of personal growth require a change in thinking.

You have to pay attention to your thoughts and feelings to find the spark and give you the direction and change your actions and consequently your outcome.
