Release your TensionIt is important to release your tension that builds up from your day to day activities. The demands from your job and family and trying to balance both including your finances can clutter your mind and increase your stress level. When you are tensed, you can't function effectively and your productivity is affected. In order to stay physically, mentally and emotionally healthy, you must find the time and ways to slow down and release stress in between your daily schedules and at the end of each day. The easiest, simplest and free way to relax is to pause in between your activities and breathe slowly and deeply. Inhale deeply from your nose. You will sense your belly rising.
