Life is of course full of choices. Remember that.
You always have a choice.
Now sometimes these choices may not seem too great or pleasant but, they are choices never the less.
The "trick" is to do your best to acknowledge the positive side to every situation or predicament.
For example, lets say you woke up one morning ready to go out and jog but... its raining, its very windy and the clouds are very dark.
You have a choice of either allowing the rain and clouds to make your day miserable and "force" (in reality nobody and nothing is forcing you to do anything; remember you always have CHOICE)you to stay inside and mope or...
You can think positive of the situation somehow and decide for youself that the day is going to be wonderful and you will make the best of it.
For example you can say to yourself
"Sure its raining right now and its very cold but... that won't stop me from jogging. I'll just dress up properly and bear the weather or go to the gym to work out :) And then after that I'll enjoy a movie with a few friends. Today is a great day!"
Its all how we think and view things.
You will notice many indecisive individuals constantly whining, moping and thinking negative of every situation.
Just observe 1 or 2 of such people one day and think to yourself.
Do you really want to end up like them? How much have they really gained in life by being so indecisive due to negative thinking??
And how much have they missed out on the simple joys in life due to such negativity??
Would you rather not be happy and find the positives in every situation instead?
You have the choice to decide. :)
