Reach out to someone in need. It's a great feeling.

You should make an attempt to reach out to someone and extend an act of kindness each day. There are many people out there who are discouraged and struggling to find some comfort, joy or meaning in life.

They might be going through disappointments or some kind of loss. And in the situations that they are in, it's tough to feel optimistic.

You can touch people's lives in many ways. Financial assistance is helpful to lessen a burden. When you combine that with words of encouragement, you are performing a very supportive act.

Some people need you to show them how to do things. Once they've gathered the knowledge and learned the skills, they are able to help themselves. And if they are enlightened, they will pass it on to others. This cycle will continue.

You help people change their views by helping them change their focus and rebuilding their confidence. For every good deed that you stretch out to someone either in thoughts, prayers, kind words or any physical selfless act, it will return to you sooner or later.

Your sense of self-worth will increase because deep inside you know that you have made a contribution. One of life's greatest joys comes when you know that you have made a positive change to someone's life.

You should also pay attention. The people in your live may be attempting to communicate and need you to listen. Offer your time before the relationship falls apart.

And if you find yourself in continuous struggle or in a situation where you are faced with major challenges, ask for help. People are willing to help if you ask. If one doesn't, try another. It's best that you know what it is that you want so that you can ask the right questions.

You should also dig within you to draw out the answers that you are seeking. Ask for guidance to show you how to get out of your predicament.
