A book review on the law of attraction, how to make it work for you and the teachings of Abraham by Esther and Jerry Hicks
There are 10 modules on various topics plus several bonus meditation MP3s. Each one of the modules include a guided meditation by Laura Silva Quesada.
Among the subjects are how to slow down your brain waves, intuition, breaking habits, healing, imagining and visualizing. You will be guided on how to recall your dreams and how that can help you. You can also go back to your childhood, if you want to.
One of the topics in the modules is how to program your mind to wake you up without an alarm clock. It works for me.
My first introduction to books written by Anthony Robbins. I discovered NLP through this book and developed my curiosity to know more about this subject. That led me to reading books by Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts and some other writers.
The book is full of information and instructions on how to re-train your brain, using the power of language and state of mind to take control of your life.
I attended his Weekend Seminar in Singapore and walked on fire. I wanted to do it so much to know how and what it felt like. I felt scary at first but went ahead. That does not mean that you will go to his seminar or walk on fire after completing it. Just get one and judge it yourself.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People will help you grow personally, in your relationships, on managing time and open your mind to many issues that you have not really put much thought about.
I benefited most from the Habit 3 of "Put First Things First" and Habit 7 "Sharpening the Saw". You will gain lots of insights and will inevitably change your paradigms.
His First Things First and Living the 7 Habits are also good reading materials. I have yet to read the 8th Habit. You can get Stephen Covey's books here.

Love can bring us closer to God.
Reading the Path to Love made me understand how love develops from infatuation to intimacy and the spirit of romance. There are also great questions and quotes for you to ponder.
Dr. Wayne Dyer is one of my favorite inspirational and spiritual authors. In Manifest Your Destiny, Dr Wayne talks about the nine principles for getting everything your want. You'll See It When You Believe It emphasizes on how our thoughts affect our lives.
In my opinion, Your Erroneous Zones is a straight forward book that tells us that our negative thinking is the barrier to enjoy our life to the fullest.
