"Miracles happen every day. Not just in remote country villages or at holy sites halfway across the globe, but here, in our own lives." - Deepak Chopra
Most of us have ceased to notice them because we have taken things too much for granted. As we drift into adulthood we ask ourselves why the wonders of life stop. We ask ourselves where the magic has disappeared.
It is there, still. It's just that we no longer marvel at the things around and within us because we think we know what to expect.
We are in awe of great accomplishments which were created by individuals who took actions. We think that these people are special in the eyes of God. We overlook that each one of us is can create our own good luck or misfortune daily from our own doings or not doing something that we should.
You too can influence fortunate and amazing events into your life if you care enough to create them through your efforts. Your five senses are the tools that you can use to achieve the marvelous things in life. As long as you can see, hear and feel, you can create your lucky breaks.
You might be down to your last penny but there is one thing that you have that will make a difference on whether you continue being penniless or create abundance. It is your ability to think and feel. The right use of both can turn your life around. Lucky things happen when people make the right use of their brains to think and their feelings to drive them to take action instead of stop them.
Anne Morrow Lindbergh quoted that some people are walking corpses because they made the wrong decisions against life. Earl Nightingale said that people are killed and injured everyday as a result of bad habits. Though you have not an inkling of when you will breathe your last breath on this planet, you are responsible to make each day the best days of your life. While you are alive and living, you have control of creating your own magical experiences.
It does not just happen. You have to feed your body with the proper nutrition and practice the disciplines of exercising and doing the necessary routines to keep fit. If you neglect your body, you would bring a lot of harm to yourself and others.
Your relationships succeed because you have acquired and applied the skills. You understand that communication and trust are or prime importance and you put your focus on them. You have learned to love yourself. Without investing in these efforts, you would not have been able to experience one of the important meanings of life.
For the good things to happen in our lives, we cannot just wait. We must take action and then be willing to allow the consequences of our action to take effect. Writing down what we want is an act. And so are visualizing and consciously affirming positive words.
We attain bliss and happiness when we live with integrity, do the things that bring joy, and avoid the things that will make us feel depressed.
We bring the good things into our lives when we show our gratitude for what we already have been bestowed with like being alive, being physically complete and have a sound mind. We attract good luck when we believe in ourselves, in possibilities and have faith that we get what we expect and deserve.
