Unlike the brain, the mind is not an organ. It is invisible.

Your mind follows you wherever you go even in your sleep. It continuously generates thoughts, feelings, ideas and perceptions and stores knowledge and memories.

You can neither locate nor touch it but you can see the results of a well-trained mind or from the neglect to have control over your mental states.

The thoughts and emotions generated is a form of energy as a result of electrochemical interactions within the nerve cells in the brain. They influence every other cells in the body.

A healthy body leads to a healthy mental state. A sickness in this center of your consciousness can affect your physical well being. Your mental states and health conditions are intimately connected.

Your consciousness is your state of being aware of you thoughts and feelings and your surroundings. Your consciousness however, may be blocked because of your reactions to the outside world.

You can change the world's influence upon you, solve problems and achieve your goals by brainstorming ideas and stimulating your consciousness.

Most of your mental activities that influence your daily behaviors happen without your awareness. They are produced from your memory and your thoughts and feelings stored inside.

You will increase your level of intelligence by learning how to stimulate creativity at will. Your ability to consciously access, organize and use the ideas and knowledge will enable you to solve your problems, find the causes and change your future.

Whatever is impressed in your consciousness will show up in your daily experiences as conditions and events.

Your reality however, is an imperfect representation and reflection of what is inside you. The validity have been distorted, deleted or generalized.

Being dogged by the same situation in all things over and over and suffering from the pains means that you have allowed your limited mental world to extend in your physical world.

In order to liberate yourself and change your circumstances...

  • Consciously discipline yourself to change your thoughts and beliefs.

It is active and responds to your thoughts and beliefs. Your thoughts are strictly your own and no one else has control over it unless your allow them to do so.

Your thoughts are the images that exist in your mind. You will take action on whatever you think about.

So you must purposely think about what you want to happen in your life and remove those that you do not want to experience. You must break your limiting past programming and conditioning. Your subconscious will accept the new mental pictures and ideas.

  • Use the power of visualization to build your skills and reprogram your mind.

Visualizing your outcome is a mental rehearsal or a practice. You can use your imagination to alter the existing images that you have been accepting in your consciousness.

What you choose to see within from now on will appear in your external world. Since your mind can neither mirror nor construct reality, the new images and affirmations will replace the old and create a new reality.

If you are unable to visualize clearly, you may need to learn deep relaxation to quite your mind. You can use hypnosis as a tool to help you get into a trance state so that you can tune out distractions and create your desired mental images.

  • Use the power of language and words.

The words you use to talk to yourself quietly or out loud affect the way you think and feel. The way you think and feel also affects the words you use.

You will associate negative experiences and images, when you use words like never, failure and "I can't".

Your language in the form of your self-talks expresses how you feel and think. Once you recognize that you are using these words, change them to produce positive messages instead. Words trigger biological information and can improve your awareness.

  • Breath work

An illness related to mental disorder can trigger and worsen diseases in the body. Whatever happens within your gray matter affects your breathing. And your breathing affects your consciousness.

Going through your daily life can be stressful and gives a sense that life is out of control. An abusive relationship for example, can make you feel restless and challenge your mental health.

An easy and powerful method to relief stress and anxiety is to practice the breath work technique.

Refined breathing affects your neurology. It influences your state of consciousness in response to your thinking and perceiving through your beliefs, understandings and values.

Your perception affects your language and your feelings. All of them will affect your mind and body.

Improving your consciousness may help save your body and improve mental conditions. Ultra deep meditation, hypnosis and yoga are some of the other stress reduction strategies.

The ability to manage stress and becoming more awake and aware will transform your life.

In your pursuit for personal growth, use your subconscious power to actualize your physical, mental and spiritual goals.
