Attracting and Manifesting Abundance

When you think of the word abundance, you would probably picture either an image relating to wealth and success or the lack of those things in your life. What abundance means to you depends on your paradigm or mentality or what you were programmed or conditioned to believe and accept.

Everything in your outer world is the manifestation of your inner world; the thoughts, images and feelings going on within. You can attract a plentiful supply of good health, wealth, love and opportunities because the world is full of them. Everyone has a right to it. But not everyone can see it. If you aren't getting your share, it's because you've been thinking of scarcity.

How to Attract Abundance into Your Life

Manifesting Abundance No. 1 - Examine Your Focus of Attention

If you wish to have an abundant life, the first thing you have to do is to get rid of the scarcity mentality. You must begin to have an abundance mentality. You attract the things that you focus on and feel strongly about. So if you can see and expect opportunities and an overflow of ideas, wealth and many of the good things life has to offer, you will manifest them.


Manifesting Abundance No. 2 - Know What You Want

What is your life purpose, objectives and goals? Saying that you want more of something isn't enough. You must be specific. What exactly do you want? How much do you need? And saying it alone isn't sufficient to attract what you want because you may forget. Write them down and imprint them in your mind. When you do this, the mind will spot the things or people around you that will lead to your goals and nudge you to take notice.


Manifesting Abundance No. 3 - Analyze and Question Your Limiting Beliefs

Your limiting beliefs are the biggest obstacles to having surplus in your life. Do you believe that you deserve abundance? If not, why? What have you been telling yourself? How did you derive at that conclusion? Have the beliefs helped you?


You must remove the limiting beliefs by changing your old mental programming. You can do that by challenging the thoughts, adding new experiences, affirming that you can do, have and become more, and start using your creative imagination.


You can also release your resistance and let go of limiting beliefs by using EFT tapping or emotional freedom technique, through meditation or the release limiting beliefs hypnosis.


Manifesting Abundance No. 4 - Decide and Commit

You are where you are now because of the choices you have made in the past. If you want to experience an abundant life, you must decide with conviction to make the change and resolve that you have had enough of living in scarcity. Once you make the decision, your mind guides you to the people and situations that resonate with your desire. If you remain in a state of awareness, you will notice them.


Manifesting Abundance No. 5 - Take Action

Thinking about something is only a part of the manifestation process. Taking consistent and construction actions are what make dreams come true. If you desire a large supply of anything tangible or intangible, you must act. When you take action, you obtain results. The results provide lessons, feedbacks and a means to challenge your limiting beliefs and fears.


Manifesting Abundance No. 6 - Practice Visualization

In addition to doing the things that you are supposed to do to bring your goals to fruition, another important daily exercise that you must do is to visualize.


You probably already are able to imagine what an abundant life is like. What you need to do is visualize those mental pictures over and over until you feel that it is really happening or that you are living and breathing it. At the same time affirm positive thoughts and talks such as "I choose to allow abundance into my life."

Manifesting Abundance No. 7 - Allow the Law of Attraction to Work

Don't say things such as "I've written my goals, I've done the work, I've visualized. Where is the result"? If you have these kinds of thoughts, it's likely that you have more limited thinking to clear up or to release.


You must have the patience and the wisdom to know that sometimes, things take time. And if you doubt yourself or the process, it will take a longer time to manifest. Believe that your request and your work have been sent to the universe. Just release and allow things and people to show up after you've done your part.


Manifesting Abundance No. 8 - Show and Express Gratitude

If you complain and focus on what you don't have, how can you see what you do have? Don't take your life and existence for granted and forget to show your gratitude. Give thanks to the Lord through prayer for the surplus of the good things that have been bestowed to you. Each night before you sleep, write a gratitude list. On it, write down everything that you feel grateful about in your life today.


Manifesting Abundance No. 9 - Practice Giving

Practice the act of giving to others. Give your time, money, love or in any other ways that add value to others. What you give you get back, either in the same form or better than that.
