Benefits of Keeping a Journal

Writing and keeping a journal is a valuable activity. When you make a habit of writing down your thoughts, activities, emotions and ideas, it shows that you are paying constant daily attention to your life.

When you read your writings some time later, you'll discover a lot of insights and information that you may otherwise have forgotten or overlooked.

Although most people are now using electronic tools, the conventional way of using pen and paper still suit many people. Blogging is a fad now. But unless you want strangers, your boss, or family members to know the intimate and intricate details of your life, you are limited to writing about certain things only.
