How To Feel Better.

Do you want to know on how to feel better? Stop repeating negative thoughts, images and dialogs in your head?

  • Your internal images or pictures.

The internal images and pictures that you recall make the difference whether you feel good or bad. An effective way is to choose events that are pleasant and associate with positive emotions.

All pictures that appear in your mind have corresponding submodalities attached to them like the color, brightness, size, etc. You can manipulate the pictures, change the stories and change the meanings.

Make use of your imagination to create the changes. When unpleasant events show up, you can choose to alter your views about them.


  • Your Internal communication.

You are not going to feel good about yourself if you continuously harsh words and self-criticisms? Using positive and powerful self talks is the answer. Positive words produce corresponding sensations.

To put yourself in a resourceful state, speak to yourself in an excited voice. Think exciting thoughts, talk faster and use the pitch and tone that would improve your frame of mind


It's your decision.

How to feel better at any moment is something you can choose. You can't depend on someone else to change your feeling. Maybe you are feeling isolated and lonely. Go out and find something or someone to make you feel a sense of belonging. When you do something worthy, you will feel good and learn to like yourself.


You must listen to yourself and watch how you get into a certain frame of mind. If you remain alert and aware of your focus of attention, you will learn how to take control and deal with them.


Pretend you are happier and feeling better. Act and talk like how a happy person would. Use your body in a resourceful state to get you out of your doldrums.
