I know that children pick up a lot of food habits, my child tends to chew food more than it's needed. She is only 2 and I expect she will pick up more as her older sisters often mess around at the dinner table with food.
I try my best to detain their behavior but even the slightest hiccup and my youngest, (aged 2) picks it up, I don't like telling her off for small things such as this, so how can I encourage her to eat her meals properly?
I know a lot of other parents go through a bad eating stage with their toddler.

I learned while raising my own, that they followed what others did.
Find something that interest your child that she will mimic. Toddlers mimic. This is how they learn. Even a puppet of cartoon character can enforce the good habits for what your child will eat or copy.
