Why You Should Maintain Your Curiosity

Although curiosity is a natural characteristic of humans, many adults let their inquisitive mind and desire to know more about how to make life improvement pass. They never find the answers to the uncertainty of life because they have developed fears, worries and doubts. Instead they spend their times probing and snooping at things that aren't worthy of their attention.

They have lost the sense of wonder that was once present during childhood. Instead of questioning and inquiring, they remain in ignorance and live in mediocrity as they continue to work harder and faster to solve their problems.

You dull your existence if you stop being curious about life and amaze at its workings. There is nothing wrong with apathy but it's such a waste because you live this brief life only once. There is so much to learn, to inquire and to question that can make a big difference to the remaining years of your existence.

"When you're curious, you find lots of interesting things to do." - Walt Disney

Curiosity and Thinking

bullet2 Pay attention.

Pay attention to the thoughts and images that appear often in your inquiring mind. Satisfy your needs by finding the causes and reasons because as long as you ignore them you will feel uneasy and they will keep coming back so that you take notice. Be conscious of your actions and habits. Look at the patterns that you are producing and figure out why you do the things that you do. Take note of things that are going on around you.

bullet2 Experiment and explore.

When you are in doubt and wonder if you can make a thing work out, go ahead and do it. Experiment and explore the possibilities. Even if you make mistakes, you would have satisfied your curiosity and gained new insights. You will also keep yourself excited and alive with maybe some surprises.

bullet2 Read a lot.

Reading provides a tremendous positive effect to satisfy your curious mind. It will also enhance your personal growth. There is a lot of information in books on how to become powerful, attractive, wealthy and healthy. Someone has written whatever you need to know and all you need to do is read them.

bullet2 Develop your thinking and questioning skills.

You will get answers based on your questions. If you make an intelligent query, you will obtain the corresponding answer. So learn to develop your thinking and questioning skills. Make it a practice not to accept everything anyone tells you without questioning its validity or pondering the truth. And when you do get answers to your curiosities, question the answers. This is a powerful way to gain enlightenment.

bullet2 Learn from others.

What you don't know won't help you. When you see something that is already working or someone producing the results that you want, model them. Participate and get yourself involved with people who know what you don't.

bullet2 Take immediate action.

When you start to wonder about a subject of interest, take immediate action. You keep your interests and eagerness alive when you start asking questions, contemplating and searching for the answers. Once you start to think about something and take a certain kind of action, results ensue. One thing will lead to another.
