It is necessary to make personal change if you keep on feeling unhappy and stuck, with people, your actions and any other undesirable outcomes.


Personal transformation is what it is, personal. You have to do it yourself. No one is coming to rescue you from your predicaments.


It begins with altering your thoughts and recognizing your fears. It is your willingness to open up yourself, admit your weaknesses and do different things.


You cannot stop the world from undergoing dramatic changes. But you can leave your dead-end job and do something that you love and enjoy. You can end your miserable relationships.


You can either adjust to the uncertainties or react to circumstances. And if you choose to react it will cause tremendous stress in your life.


You can initiate progress and turn your live around. Your undesirable thoughts, habits, behaviors and attitudes remain if you choose to do so. Your personal growth can begin with one or two small modifications or you can attempt a quantum leap.


You have full control of your thoughts. You can perceive, judge and decide your experiences any way you wish. If you do not like where you are now and how you feel, you can use your creative imagination for a total makeover.

When your habitual ways of thinking and feelings begin to shift, your actions and emotions will follow. Modifying your thoughts and beliefs will create new behaviors. You can replace old negative thoughts by creating new mental pictures. Think about any element that you can alter to revolutionize your experience.

The unknown is scary. One of the reasons you are resisting to change is because of your fears.. When you are afraid you resist. And when you resist, you procrastinate.

Be willing to get yourself out of your comfort and ease and the path of least resistance. You reshape yourself, your relationships and your career by making corrective and creative actions on your thought processes and your habits.

The doing is what determines the result. You must take constructive action. And you have to do it consistently. This is the difference between wishing and wanting.



Nobody is going to stop you if you want to have a different financial setting or behave differently and feel better about yourself.


You do not have to move to another country or try to make people conform to your thinking. Everything begins with your willingness to think and act differently. Only you have control of your own thoughts and actions.


To perform your role as an individual, a parent or a society, you need to adapt and adjust to new times. You can choose your own change. You can plan to take action today. You can alter the way you perceive things, make judgments and decide the best course of actions.
