"It is not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is, "What are we busy about?" - Henry David Thoreau

So you are busy and leading a hectic schedule, right? Have you looked at your life and the actual result of your preoccupation?

If you want to know if you it's worth your while, examine where you are right now compared to where you were and where you are supposed to be.

Most likely without you realizing it, time has passed by unnoticed while you are so occupied making a living or meeting other people's goals. You forget your own needs and desires.

If you are engaged in something that does not offer you the chance to fulfill your own needs and dreams, stop and pause. At a certain point you have to notice and analyze where you are channeling your energy.

You don't become a better person by being too occupied with the unimportant things. You improve your life by developing yourself spiritually, physically and mentally.

You must find time to study, to reflect and to just be. You must nourish your mind with new knowledge. You won't grow beyond where you are right now if you refuse to read, to connect and spend time with the important people and fill some space in your life with things, which will nurture your soul.

If you are unhappy with the results in your life and intend to end up some place else, you have to do some things in a new way. You have to think differently. You have to make better choices.

Your chances of taking the right course of action is better when you have the knowledge and when you have allowed your mind to guide you. You can get more done in less time.

"Walk, don't run today. When you find yourself hurrying, stop and take a deep breath. Say to yourself, "I have plenty of time. Amazingly, you will." – Author Unknown
