All results in life are the sum total of the actions that you take regardless of their nature, whether good or evil.

Dreams, intentions and thoughts are the starting points of creating the success you desire. But only by putting in the work and effort will you produce the things that you want. You have to convert your dreams and goals into results by putting yourself in a state where you do things.

You cannot allow the right moment, the favorable condition and your moods to determine when you must act. If you allow yourself to remain idle, you create more anxiety and tension.


You need time to plan and study and use your imaginations to find alternatives and create choices to give you the sense of direction. Then you need to put in your energy to act and commit yourself to take affirmative action.


It means doing the things that you do not feel like doing. It is going against your feelings of fear and finding the courage to do it and stay in motion.


A single activity will bring result and it is tied to the other things that you are willing to try. Only by carrying out your plans will you get things done. There is risk and discomfort involved but the payoff is well worth the effort compared to inactivity and idleness.


Each involvement to create beyond your beliefs and present reality will produce personal victory. Even if something does not work out as you have anticipated, you will gain useful feedback and wisdom.


It provides the encouragement and stimulation to try something different. Your will and purpose will provide the strength to persist.


By putting in more energetic activity you are able to disallow your emotions to run your life. Your movements will cheer you up from disappointments and your feelings will agree with you.


You are free to choose your actions once you set a goal. To keep progressing you must commit to learning and doing. You must challenge your beliefs about what you cannot achieve. Only by doing will you conquer your fear and become more creative.


Pause every now and then to see how you are progressing. When you notice that you are going off track, guide yourself back. Problems and challenges are normal. It takes energetic decision to solve them.


Create an urge to aim for excellence and use your imaginations to go beyond your present resources. Aim to excel mentally and emotionally. Exert self-control by working hard and applying the disciplines. And you will experience new adventures and opportunities.
