"Abundance is, in large part, an attitude." - Sue Patton Thoele

When you think of the word abundance, you probably would picture either an image relating to wealth or lack of it. What you see and experience in your physical world is a manifestation of your inner world; the thoughts, images and feelings going on within.

You can attract a plentiful supply of good health, wealth, love and opportunities because the world is full of them. Everyone has a right to it. But not everyone can see it. Many people don't know how to make use or take advantage of it.

How do you attract abundance into your life?

  • Examine your focus of concentration.

If you desire to have prosperity and a sufficiency of life's necessities in your life, the first thing you have to do is to get rid of the scarcity mentality.

You attract the things that you focus on. So if your mind sees and expects opportunities and an overflow of ideas, wealth, and many of the good things life has to offer, you will manifest them.

  • Analyze your beliefs.

Your limiting beliefs are one of the biggest obstacle to experiencing personal growth and surplus in your life. Do you believe that you deserve abundance? If not, why? What have you been telling yourself? How did you derive at that conclusion? Have the beliefs helped you?

You have to start removing the lack beliefs. You can do that by adding new experiences, affirming that you can do, have and become more, and start using your imagination to create a different picture.

  • Make a firm decision.

You are where you are now because of the choices you have made in the past. If you want to experience an abundant life, you must decide with conviction to make the change and resolve that you have had enough of living in scarcity.

Once you make the decision, your mind will know what you want and it will attract new things, people and situations. If you remain in a state of awareness, you will notice them.

  • Take action

Thinking about something is only a part of the manifestation process. Taking consistent and construction actions are what make dreams come true. If you desire a large supply of anything tangible or intangible, you must act.

When you take action, you obtain results. The results provide lessons, feedbacks and a means to challenge your limiting beliefs and fears.

  • Show your gratitude.
"I used to complain that I had no shoes , till I met a man who had no feet." - Author Unknown

If you complain and focus on what you don't have, how can you see what you do have? Don't take your life and existence for granted and forget to show your gratitude.

Give thanks to the Lord through prayer for the surplus of the good things that have been bestowed to you. Practice the act of giving to others. Give your time, money, love or in any other ways that add value to others. What you give you get back, either in the same form or better than that.
