True! We have to manage our own lives, but managers are taught, and some do not learn to make transitions!


Progress is something that is earned through a plan, and deciding what is the best way to tackle it. It's all in the process of self-judgments, and what is positive for growth.

As a sales person I meet many managers and there are a few of them that I remember because of their leading by example. From two ladies I learned many things about management style and how I like to be treated as an employee; with respect.


The other person was a man. He was the best manager I have ever worked for. I was very impressed by his way of leading and committed to succeed, He was also a very nice single man and I felt in love with him. I was also a very successful sales person and he also felt admiration and attraction for me at the moment he saw me. I quit my job. It was for the best for both of us.


Now, I will get divorced because he made me realized what I want in a man. This is been like an awakening experience. I hope our paths cross again when both of us will be ready to be together.

Is it normal for a manager to go on vacation and his subordinate is not able to do what he was doing before going on leave? Which means that the work will suffer in his absence.

It is good for all the managers to focus two factors before they make decision.


1) What if... You need to look forward. What will happen if I do it this way?

2)The possible solution... If something bad happens after my decision what can i do to solve it?

Managers - Women or Men


When you grow up in an American culture, you will learn that the majority rules when it comes to the "Boss" and not many women can definitely say they will be at the Top of the Game.


In learning many will serve, and find their calling it is not without fallacies predicated by man to man, and man to women who seek the position like men. To speak sexist, is to be aware that the world is man's dominion and all life has proven on this here corner of he world, like the corner of all worlds within life, that Man is the Power who strikes.


I contend that Man is in the majority view of being the Boss I learned in school!
