As a sales person I meet many managers and there are a few of them that I remember because of their leading by example. From two of this ladies I learned many things about management style and how I like to be treated as an employee. With respect. The other person was a man, he was the best manager I have ever worked for, I was very impresed by his way of leading and commited to succed, he was also a very nice single man and I felt in love with him. I was also a very succesful sales person and he also felt admiration and attraction for me at the moment he saw me. I quit my job. It was for the best for both of us :( Now, I will get divorced because he made me realized what I want in a man. This is been like an awaiking experience. I hope our paths cross again when both of us will be ready to be together.
